National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Full Toll Fee being collected on under construction road on NH5

Dear NHAI team,

This is regarding toll fee being collected on under maintainence/construction road on NH5 highway from Bhubaneswar to Balasore. The road is broken or under construction at many places with diversion at many places without proper signs.

NHAI team should look into this matter and refund the toll collected on this road.
