National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Full toll tax on under repair/dilapidated road

Today (19.06.2021) I came from Balasore to Bhubaneswar by my car no. JH-09M-3857.
There were many diversion due on going construction of bridges. And the diverted roads are either 2 lane or in bad condition.

So, full toll tax paid in 4 toll plaza 50+60+85+125=Rs. 320 is not justified.
