National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Gharaunda toll plaza karnal- Extreme Delay in passing of vehicles

This is regarding the issue I faced everytime while passing from Gharaunda toll plaza in karnal. This Toll plaza has faulty sensors, which are incapable of sensing vehicle niumbers/FASTAG and operators doesn't care about blocking line for long delay. Also the staff is very unprofessional and slow.

This is happening when we are installed with FASTAG by Government. Extremely poor service.
