We were travelling in our car or NH 44 at 5:00 p.m. on 15th August, when we reached the gharaunda toll plaza there was a 500 metres long jam because of the slow processing at the toll plaza and it cost us more than 20 minutes in time. Please take a appropriate action to ensure that the toll plaza operators are not allowed to get away with wasting our time and charging us in full at the same time.
