National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — highway lights are not on by the toll plaza

I’m from City Khanauri District- Sangrur (punjab ) and we have a national highway on NH-52 but the toll plaza was not turning on the City lights at night and the people are facing many problem we many times call the toll plaza but they didn’t gave any response . kindly please check the Problem
