National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — I am complaining about bathroom of sonkatch toll plaza.

The washroom is very unhygienic and there was no electricity at night and there was no water for flush and to wash hands. It frighten me when i went in that washroom because it is not at all safe for a female to do toilet at such dark place.
