National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — I am complaining about staff behaviour

I applied for lrp and they came for verification after 15 days and they said come and collect pass on 17/01/2020 in perungudi toll plaza, chennai.

I went at 2.30 pm to collect the pass. One guy is working there. I asked for pass. He said today is holiday.. Come on tuesday. But he s working inside. He was very rude and not even give respect.

These guys earning money from us. We pay taxes. They dont answer properly and they wont ready to do their job alos.

I dont know why these departments are working this much lazy.

Construction of bypass service road near vill kathonda jabalpur madhyapradesh the construction company constructed the drainage both side of service road is very poor quality and porous. So drain is leak and drainage water fill in my farm.my crop is totally damage.please help and directed to company for further.
