National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — i am complaining about the lack of sign boards about the lane specific and ways to tackle it

First a big congratulations and thanks to the honourable minister, ministry of road transport and highways mr. Nitin gatkari for the excellent road network in the country. However the frequent lane jumping and wrong lane driving are causing serious and fatal accidents in the national highways. The issues are
1. Not enough sign boards to indicate about the different lanes
2. The right extreme lane is to be named as the overtaking lane and not as fat lane. This if strictly implemented, will help the overtaking vehicles to overtake only in the right side of other vehicles and there wont be zig zag overtaking.
3. Sufficient publicity and awareness can be made about the lane disciplines for all categories of drivers at all levels for a month before making it a rule and issue challan for its violations.
4. Hd cameras can be fitted at frequent intervals in the highways and challans can be issued for violating drivers. Serious punishments should be given for violations.

Charging me for toll inspite of making me wait for more than 20 mins
This toll both on NH 47 has no shut down special lane which is built for fast tag, consumers with fast tag has to travel with the normal lane and if signaled for tag collection they block with the gate.
Such issue happend today early morning at 4:15 @ this toll gate
