National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — I am complaining about too much delay and bad behaviour of staff

Niyamatpur Ekrotiya toll plaza between Moradabad and Rampur is very badly managed. Scanners are taking too much time to read, which results in long queues at the toll plaza. Staff is also very unprofessional and bad mannered. Please look into the case and examine the shared facts with your own sources and fix the problem. Thanks

Commuters along NH6 face the same situation at Jaladhulagori toll plaza in Howrah, West Bengal. It is happening regularly and reason is exactly same like the place here. Can NHAI do anything about this?
