Dear sir,
I dissatisfied with nimali toll plazza staff they have not technical knowledge about deducting toll about.
I am waiting more than 15 minutes but the amount was not deducted and when I say to attender then he scan using his machin and say problem from your bank not our issue and he is not good way to communicate with us.
I think this way is not good to communicate with users. I am waiting more then 15sec. Then please refund my amount and please assign good workers on duty.
