National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — I pay cash but amount deducted from my account through Fastag.

Dear team,
I have a car RJ23CD0322,
On the date of 31st july 2020 I am coming from Sikar Rajasthan to laxmangarh at night through NH52 in that way NHAI Toll plaza at Rashidpura sikar.
I request them that I have sufficient balance in my account so please pass my car but toll officer told me you don't have balance so please give case and so I gave them case but they also deduct 70rs from my account.
So please give me solution.
