National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Illegal Toll Deducted Multiple Times

Hello Sir/Madam,
I wanted to inform you that on Eastern Peripheral Expressway I charged Unexpected toll multiple times, 4 times this happened with me, only one time return I got in 45 Days, 3 Complaints are still pending, last time they charged 30 Rs./KM to me which is a highest toll in the world. Mentioning my all Details below, So please help me
