National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — I'm complaining about toll staff

Address:Mahabalipuram plaza

While crossing mahabalipuram plaza. Toll person said my fastag is not responding. And collected cash rupees 50 and he didn't even gave us ticket and made us move. But with in 13 minutes I got message stating that they deducted 47rupee from fastag. What shall I do now ?
