National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — I'm complaining about toll unauthorised charge

I'm a govt employee in PHED department and also a local duty worker in same area.
toll agent deny to accept my card and charged me
I use every day same toll any use my card but today I visited and toll agent said that your card is not accepted and charged me.
if my card is not acceptable then why they accepted my card daily basis before that.
