National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — In respect of not operating all the toll booth which are operational as it is resulting in traffic.

Dear Sir,
While travelling from Gorakhpur to Siddharth Nagar we come across the toll booth located in Farenda. Here only one toll gate is operated due to which we are facing traffic related problems. The second toll gate located in the same lane is not operated being functional too.

Sir with due respect please concern on this problem as the staff is very rude and they are trying to save the money for there own profit by not appointing operators for the other two toll gates.
