My car was hit by the barrier arm when i was travelling from Hosur to Bangalore in the attibele toll on the 20th January 2020. I have registered a complaint with them immediately on their complaint register vide complaint # 1676 at 07:05 am. I have not heard from them yet and my car has suffered a deep dent on the car roof due to their malfunctioning barrier arm. There was a clear lack of responsibility from their staff at the counter as well as the shift supervisor that was standing just beside the barrier.
I have a video evidence from my dash cam about this and am waiting to hear from the local office or the respective authorities.
Please help me suggest to take this forward and redress the complaint and get compensation for the damage. Was this information helpful? |
