National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — incorrect system update in soso khurd toll plaza and misbehavior

15 minutes back as i entered soso khurd toll plaza
Fastag lane, my vehicle no. Jh05by1402 showed the "blacklist fastag" error message. However i had recharged my fastag on 16th jan 2020 and the status showed active with inr 230 tag balance. On showing my fast tag balance in my app the collection agent at the window misbehaved and denied any help. Kindly look into this matter for the inconvenience caused.
