This is dr srikanth writing to with great regret regarding an unpleasant experience at chennasamudhram toll plaza on chennai bangalore high way.
The incidence took place on 04 jan 2018 at 14:15. Mr rajesh used very unpleasant language when we were paying the toll fees. Mr rajesh gave us the return change as 10 rupees coins which is not accepted in many places.. On requesting to take back the 10 rupees coins and even offering exact change he further continiued using unpleasant language and finally he did take it back. We moved our vehicle from the toll booth to avoid a traffic congestion, parked our vehicle by the side and requested to speak to the manager and he further started using abusive language and yelling. The other personale at the toll booth helped and we just left the place as we did not want to hear further abusive language. We even have senior citizens travelling with us.
We wanted to bring this to your kind notice so that such incidents are not experienced by travellers in future.
