National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Inefficient toll booths causing harassment

Karnal toll plaza maximum booths not working . Stood in one line then was ask to back the car in traffic and stand in other queue . No assistance provided for traffic management. Stood in another queue for half an hour . Sensor did not work on that queue. Employees were simply laughing giggling around until I screamed to open the toll rod. They still did not open it manually for another 20 min until everyone in lane started panicking And shouting . Was travelling with ages parent and is being harassed like this is so unacceptable .
