National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — inordinate delay and rude behaviour of the staff - krishnagiri toll booth

I have been travelling through kirshnagiri frequently, hence crossing the krishnagiri toll also frequently. Every time it is observed that there is inordinate delay made for the vehicles that need to cross the toll. The very purpose o[censored]sing the toll road, for saving travel time, is lost due to the careless behavior and delay caused by the toll personnel.
Further, yesterday, i. E. October 2, 2017, i was travelling from salem towards bangalore hence crossing the krishnagiri toll. It took more than 50 minutes to cross the toll. Further, there was no system of aligning the vehicles towards the lanes as the queues were more than a kilometer long, resulted in chaos and inconvenience to the travelers. When asked to make vehicles in proper queue alignment, the security staffs present there were abusing the travelers and gathered as a group to threaten the travelers. As finally i entered the queue after so much of harassment by the security personnel, at 15:21 hours, but got my toll receipt at 15:55 hours.
I went to complaint this incident to the project manager, but he was not available (Mr. Muthukumar). One, mr. Salim was there, but he did not give me the complaint register. Finally i have given the complaint in white paper and got receipt also in a piece of white paper, signed by mr. Salim.
The state of affairs of the toll booth management is worst and not safe for the travelers as 'gundas' are employed by the toll management. It appears that the toll management is minting money by not providing any service to the travelling vehicles but by threatening the travelers with the use o[censored]nscrupulous elements in the name of security staffs.
In view of the above,
I. Please take action for redcuing the time taken to cross the toll \
Ii. Please take action against the so called 'security staff' and the management to employ them.
