In devihalli hassan tollway limited (Dbf0t) I gave the torn note to kadabahalli/kirasave toll gate they refused to accept it and some other person saying as manager entered inside the toll booth and started abusing and even he tried to beat, he torn the shirt and he disappeared toll people said he was some unknown person and they don't know them...
