National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Kanpur lucknow toll plaza

Barriers at lucknow kanpur toll are not automatic. The person on duty closed the barrier before car passage. This caused the barrier to strike against car front mirror. The mirror is broken now. Let me know who will pay for this??
