National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Kaza Toll gate, Andhra pradesh. closure of toll gate before the car passed and damage to the roof of the car

Dear sir on 06th February 2021 when i was passing through kaza toll gate, my car roof was hit by the gate present there. the car (fast tag) got scanned by the scanner and the gate got lifted, so then i started driving the car but the gate present there got suddenly closed and it hit the roof of my car and got damaged. my car number is AP16DY5736. WHEN I COMPLAINE TO THE STAFF PRESENT THERE, THAY WERE VERY RUDE AND DID NOT ANSWER PROPERLY. PLEASE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THIS REGARD
