National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Kelwad toll Plaza

I m travelling from Sausar (MP) to Nagpur, in between i cross Kelwad toll plaza, my Fasttag showing Black listed, but same time my wallet balance was more then 500Rs, Kelwad toll plaza charge 150/-(Double) in cash. i just cross this toll and i receive this message
You Paid Rs.75 at Kelwad of MP04CH9716 on 07/10/22 17:13:47. Avl Bal Rs.418.13 Txn ID: FT[protected].#FirsTAGyourseatbelt

toll plaza receipt attach and he mention wrong vehicle number in slip also.

this complaint against Kelwad Toll Plaza, for wrong vehicle number entered, it is very short time no one is check vehicle number because already behind every vehicle waiting behind every vehicle on toll plaza.

i want refund my 150/- which i paid in cash.
