[Resolved] National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — khed shivapur toll plaza charging for toll even if there was traffic lane more than 4 km

Yesterday night on nh48 khed shivapur toll plaza pune, there was the traffic of near about 4 km. As per the new rules, if traffic gets stuck more than 3 mins, the toll is exempted and toll booth should be open. It was taking 22mins to pass the toll. Even after such a huge traffic jam toll was not exempted nor they stopped taking the toll. The barriers were still blocking the traffic.

On Delhi Faridabad Skyway toll plaza it takes more than 10 minutes to cross the toll plaza. The toll staff does not follow 3 minute rule. If a car waits more than 3 minutes on the plaza in the queue, it should be allowed to be through.
