Many people have raised issues and complaint against kini toll naka, but the government has not taken it seriously. It is run by local gundas, who don't listen to anyone. Main issues at this toll is as follow - 1) they don't give return ticket despite asking for it. 2) they don't give any monthly pass or concession as other toll. 3) they don't consider even if a local person who is not influential if has to just cross that toll for local work. 4) people are very arrogant and usually replies - you can complain to anyone, things will not change here. Most people are fed up with their gundagardi. No action was taken on them so far. When mr. Gadkari said to the public that no toll will be charged within 12 hours, they openly put board - what mr. We Were At The Surat Navsari toll and the atm machine wasnt wworking and we didnt carry cash. the toll member took our card and left us unattentended aside we were time bounded... he didnt also inform us about the machine it was rude and extremely careless behaviour. he kept us waiting.

Always heavy vehicles standing on service road in this particular area. Even two wheeler vehicles also difficult to pass from this area, causes serious accident in this area. So please look in to the matter. Location :N.H No. 48 Service road from Dhiraj & Sons, Vapi to Vapi Char Rasta.
