National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Ladowal toll plaza deducted double toll for up down journey within 24 hrs. PB91H 2024

Journey towards jalandhar at ladowal toll plaza persons deducted 150 for upwards at morningand 150 for back to journey at evening. Vehicle PB91h 2024

Kindly help for refund. While journey at morning theit scanner was bot functional and later they deducted thru manual functionality in system by noting vehicle number which is against rules.
