National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — lanco devihalli highways - fastag lane not working.

On 25-Jul-2019 and 28-Jul-2019 the Fast lane automatic not working and Lanco Devihalli Highways and they have to manually scan always. when questioned, they were not answering properly.
There is no use ideally as we have to wait for a guy to run around, Scan and open the barrigate for us. It's really waste of time here and not fixed for several days.
