National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — local toll charge concession denied

Address:

Sadar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, 250001

I'm a resident of sadar meerut within 8 km. But every time we passed it they denied local rates of 20 and charge 85.
Moreover it never provide double side toll receipt.
On asking about the rules, happy they argue & misbehave.
I've also sent a tweet about the same earlier also without any response yet.
This is certainly a very negative approach.
Kindly resolve the issue...
