National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Long queue on toll need compensation for wasting my time

We are coming from Muzaffarnagar and on meerut toll plaza we face a long queue longer than 100 meters beyond yellow line and we are waiting for 10 minutes in queue and we are in hurry because of our meeting and they are wasting our time, this delay effects me a lot that's why I'm complaining, i need compensation for my time and expecting any solution from your side as soon as possible.
