National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — management of toll plaza

Address:Mangaliya toll plaza, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

We were traveling to indore from bhopal and it took almost 30 mins to pass that toll. We were standing 2nd in the line and the person ahead o[censored]s was not having enough fasttag balance. So the staff was busy in arguing with him rather than getting the traffic clear and when we said to shift him to cash lane he wasn't ready to do that also due to which our 30mins were wasted and my sister is working in bank she have to reach her office by 10:30 and she got late for her office.
Bad behavior of staff at toll and aren't ready to help the people at all.
