National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Min balance is being mandated by paytm on fastag usage

Hi,

I would like to bring Paytm still mandates minimum balance for fastag usage. This despite NHAI ruling to remove minimum balance rule as read in timeofindia article - "https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/nhai-removes-requir...

I faced a issue with paytm fastag. The deactivated my fastag saying the minimum balance of Rs150 was not maintained. The required toll charges was still available in my account only below Rs150. Even after multiple queries I am getting same response from Paytm. Screen shots attached (on 27th & 28th March). Also attached query number.

Request you to take appropriate action and provide relief and resolution.
