National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Misbehave by toll plaza staff

I was crossing from pipli Odisha toll plaza I had balance in my fastag account but toll staff refused to cross the barrier as they're physical scanning machine showed low balance and they shouted at us to move out of the line and started misbehaving with us even local police was involved.
