National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Misbehave ,rude behaviour and no proper uniform or I'd cards with staffs

The staffs misbehaved with me and my family and even the toll staffs were not wearing any uniforms or identity cards lane 07 GUMANPURA toll(uniyara -tonk highway)

He denied for offline complain book and said"" nahi dunga book na naam bataunga jo ukhaadna hai ukhaad le kahin b complain kr le humara kuc na hota """

.Such a rude staffs should be penalised for their attitude and behaviour with customers ... They are spoiling name of NHAI

#NHAI to take strict action and let me know by my email id
