National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Misbehaving and forced by the operator to pay

I had to wait for 20 minutes at the mcepl km.42 toll gurugram at booth no. 13 and operator no. D2709 on 13 june​ 2017 my ticket no. Is [protected] i waited behind the yellow line but was still forced to pay and the operator didn't acknowledge the yellow line rule and misbehaved, being with a family i avoided it and payed the amount. The operator was sure that their is no yellow line rule.
