National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Misbehaving by toll executive when asked to remove barriers

Today 21st May when we were crossing Khed sinnar expressway of Pune Nasik Highway. We were waited for 18 minutes at toll due to toll issue. When we asked to remove barrier as per rule i.e wait time is more than 10 minutes. Executive started misbehaving and asked “kar do complaint jahan karni ho”. Which is very shocking.

Need action by NHAi on toll Plaza Hiwar gaon pawasa on Khed Sinnar expressway. Maharashtra.
