National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Misbehavior of toll keepers and wrongfully charging of toll

Our car MP09CN5999 was passing through dhule-palasner tollgate on Agra Bombay highway. We were kept awaited for more than 8 min with just two cars infront o[censored]s. Since we abided by the rule mentioned in NHAI circular if we had fast tag and had to wait for 10 seconds it will be free. When we told the toll keeper he misbehaved with us and not followed the rule released by NHAI.
Please take some action against them by either checking video recordings at toll and giving them education on NHAI rules
