National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Misbehavior of workers and not good functional.

Dear sir,
At tundla toll despite of having more functional gate they kept 2 gate closed and kept us waiting for 15 mins totally unnecessarily and when we asked them for complaint book they just ignored us and moved on. I am a citizen of india and I pay these taxes so I am totally aware of my rights.
Please take actions against this.
