National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Misguidance and collection of wrong tool

I was crossing NH 48, Khed Shivapur Toll plaza from Satara to Pune on 01/01/23 at 18:26. Though, I had enough Fasttag balance that time the operator at lane number 6 KT06C misguided me saying his records are showing my fasttag is out of balance and charged me 220 Rs toll by cash.
Otherwise it should have been half return of regular toll 110.
When, I checked my balance it was more than enough to pay at tool plaza. I really feel that I was misguided by that operator to get extra money in Cash. Please take action on that lane 6 person for exhibiting such a malpractice so that he won't get extra money henceforth from anyone.
