National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — mismanagement and bad behavior of toll staff

There is huge jam at the ivrcl jalandhar amritsar tollways limited nhai because a toll booth is being closed but the barrier to its entry has been placed just near the booth due to which vehicles are entering the lane n finding it closed and has to make a entry into the other lanes which is resulting in chaos but the most disappointing issue is that 2 employees of the toll management are sitting next to it and on being requested to regulate the traffic did not budge from their seat and refused to help, whereas apart from toll collection it becomes their basic duty to help the regulations n prevent jam.

There should be adequate supervisory staff to ensure staff is working
