Dear Sir, This is to bring into your notice that the plaza does have automatic boom barriers in working state for fast-tag users. There is no way someone will know that the vehicle has to stop at the counter and someone will come after 10 minutes to scan the card using a machine and then they will allow you to leave. There is only 1 machine there.

In such a case there is no use of having fastag service. On top of this, the people standing after 100 meter with barricades misbehave with vehicle owners. After knowing that someone is going to scan the card, i came back twice bit no one from plaza staff came to my car to scan it.

The 2 toll plaza while on the way Patiala to Malerkotla are charging Toll Tax despite ban by Govt. for 2 days upto 11.11.2016 as announced on TV and Radio. They are not accepting currency of Rs. 500 notes. People are suffering and quarrelling with each other. Please do the needful immediately.

Condition of NH753A from Jalna to Deolgaon Raja is very bad since a long time
One side of road is completely closed. Atleast other side of the road to be repaired by concerned autority

Big jam on Shahjahanpur highway and as per government rules, if Jam is crossing yello line, then they have to open Toll for sometime.
Inspire we asked them to give compliant book and no response from them.
No one following rules and even many piece person sitting at toll booth and taking rest.
