National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Miss behave and incomplete receipt by toll plaza employee at sayeed mazera

Dear sir/mam
Your toll plaza sayeed mazera employee sunnil kumar shukla mis behave and give me incomplete receipt or toll tax. When i reques thim to correct my car no. Then he said that i will not change it, and you can complaint to anyone. My car no. Is HP24c 5600. And he wrote only 5600. What is this?

Its very hraasful to any driver to get a receipt without his car no. Pls do the needfull
