My fastag account balance was 975 but the female employee asked for double money I told her my balance in near 1000 but she deny and says u have 0 balance but 15 min of standing on toll plaza barer a person came and check my fastag balance on his phone without my knowledge and after that he told that girl to leave me.

The main thing is that when my car enter on toll barer the light becomes green and it remains green till all this happen.
