National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Monthly pass issue

I am using monthly pass issued by NHAI to travel from Manesar toll to Gurugram my office. I have recharged to renew my pass on 31st Aug 2022 at 11 am (which was expired on 30th Aug 2022) and received the confirmation from IDFC gateway regarding the confirmation of payment of Rs. 875. But still that monthly pass is not reflected in my Fast tag account. I have stuck on toll plaza at late night with family due to this issue and i have paid twice the amount again by doing recharge.

I have escalated the compliant with all 3 parties involved in this process IDFC, HDFC and NHAI through their customer care no. but nobody is registering my compliant and blaming to others.
