National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — more money deducted from fastag while crossing toll plaza

I have crossed chukti deoria toll plaza located between rudrapur and kichha on 11 jan 2020 and returned back on 12 jan 2020 amount deducted was 75 ra on both side that is right. But today i got a msg of 330 rs deduction as a debit adjustment on deoria toll plaza i am contacting them but no response from their side so plz kindly look over the matter why the money is deducted as toll of 75 rs were already deducted.
