My Problem:
My fast tag has been kept on blocklisted either by Airtel or FastTag Authorities.
Not able to unblock. I have contacted them several times but no reply.
Incident :
I have taken FastTag before lockdown and I have not activated (not used at least once), after locked down on Dec 31, 2020.
As I have not used for long period Airtel kept on dormant state, I have contacted them to activate, because of their delay it did not happed.
While I am traveling with FastTag at very first tollgate they have scanned my fasttag and they have collcted double charge and blocked my fasttag .
from that day I am contecting aitel to unblock, but they are not doing it.
Please help me to resolve the issue.
