National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — national highways authority of india [nhai] illegal collection of toll tax between dhanbad and bagodar on gt road

I have travelled on the gt road from dhanbad to bagodar and back several times over the last two years with the latest trip being on 14th january 2019 from bagodar to giridih. Some persons under the name of coral associates are collecting toll tax, under the name of ghanghiri toll plaza, which i learnt is illegal. I request the authorities to look into this matter and take action. They have been doing this openly for several years.
