National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — nh 11 road is not complete, work is on progress but they are still charging toll

On jaisalamer bikaner highway nh11 between chandan and lathi, flyover is not yet completed.. Work is in progress.. But they are still charging toll.. Not only this.. There are other patches also on which work is going on and they are charging toll since a month. I hope strict action will be taken in this regard.. And you will look into this matter.
