Today I'm traveling with my family from salem to pollachi. I checked the balance at early morning 5:45am. The balance is 418rs. So I didn't try to recharge. After I crossed avinashi toll I tried to recharge. At that moment a message pop up saying that to update kyc for recharge. Immediately I updated kyc at 8am and informed customer care and registered complaint for priority basis. Complaint .number is 5838974 .Now its 14:32 still i can't recharge and standing at mid way in travel in hot sun with my family. I need libel suit against NHAI FASTAG for this cruel action and damaging my reputation before family members and friends.
