[Resolved] National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — no allotment of 54ec bonds even after 7 days of money debited from account

We applied for nhai 54ec bonds through hdfc representatives with application nos[protected], 20060474, 20060476,[protected]. Money debited for all applications on 7th auguest & 8th august. However i don't have any clarity about allotment status. I understand from hdfc representative that nhai will take 20 days to allot bonds. However i am very surprised who is using our money for this duration. If allotment will take 20days then why they are drawing money from bank. Respected sir
We are traveling form Moga to Jalandhar by NH703
They are starting toll tax but shakot Fly over is not complete
According to NHAI rules if road is fully completed then you can not apply toll on road
But NH-703 contractor SHIVA CORPORATION OF INDIA start toll tax
